We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.
">About the RoleYou will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and supervise a team of chefs. You will also have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues, learn new skills, and progress your career.
">Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Develop and maintain high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
