The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Exeter. As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, analyzing data to inform project decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Be a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Have extensive experience working on projects within the property and building sectors.
