About the Role:
Hunter AHP Resourcing is recruiting an experienced mental health practitioner to work within our client's Mental Health Together Team in Maidstone.
Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity involves providing community-based mental health services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in multi-disciplinary assessments.
- Staying current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active registration with the NMC.
- Substantial experience in a community recovery or similar role.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday, with an estimated hourly rate of £25.00.
