The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Executive Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Deans and the wider EMT. Based in the heart of Birmingham, you will work closely with our team of Executive Assistants to deliver exceptional support to our senior leaders.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our Executive Deans and the EMT
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and reports
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and implementation of business strategies
