As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including subcontractor management and quality control
  • Develop and implement site-specific plans to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials and labor
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Contract Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on traditional build schemes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
