Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing traditional build housing schemes and high-volume projects, with a strong focus on delivering quality results and meeting client expectations.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a longstanding, flagship scheme consisting of multiple phases. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from groundworks to handovers, ensuring that all units are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
  2. Lead and motivate a team of site staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  4. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes and high-volume projectsStrong knowledge of NHBC PIJ and construction industry standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
