About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Planner to work with one of Europe's leading transport companies. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Main Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Manage driver hours and schedules to meet customer demands
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to vehicle routing and planning to optimize delivery and collection routes
- Monitor and report on the performance of routes to ensure they run on schedule
You will also be expected to perform other duties as required by the company.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have experience working within a similar transport operations environment. Familiarity with UK and Irish transport regulations is essential.
