Business Development Representative

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
