Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multi-trade teams to deliver planned and responsive maintenance services.
  2. Oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
  4. Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:
