Acquisitions Specialist

At Lidl - Southampton, we're seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Consultant to join our dynamic Property department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving our expansion plans and growing our market share.

As an Acquisitions Consultant, you'll be responsible for the expansion and management of our current portfolio, from initial planning to ongoing asset management. You'll develop relationships with key third parties, including landlords and developers, and drive the full development and planning processes from concept to completion.

With a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills, you'll be able to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines. You'll also have the ability to negotiate and acquire freehold and leasehold deals, undertake site inspections, and manage site, legal, and planning due diligence.

We're looking for a degree-level educated or comparable qualified individual with experience in acquisitions and planning. Ideally, you'll have MRICS or be working towards it, with a strong background in retail acquisitions. You'll also need to have excellent Microsoft Office skills and a full driving licence.
