Internal Sales Executive

At Mandeville, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales goals and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Support the company in achieving a sales target of £15 million by 2026, driving revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer orders and inquiries.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals, sharing best practices and expertise to drive sales performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused role, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
