Job Description:

As a Business-to-Business Telesales Representative at Swift Temps, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting and selling our products/services to potential business clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to a targeted list of potential business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
  • Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
