Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our innovative team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for strengthening our engineering team by bringing expertise in Rockwell RSLogix5000, PLC, motion control, and Factory Talk View. The ideal candidate will also possess skills in software and electrical design, working efficiently under tight deadlines.

The position involves international travel, up to 2 weeks at a time, to support the installation of new machine designs on site. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within our innovation department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control system solutions using Rockwell RSLogix5000 and PLCs
  • Design and implement motion control systems, including drives and motors
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
  • Maintain and improve existing machine designs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in control systems engineering, preferably in the food industry
  • Expertise in Rockwell RSLogix5000, PLC, and motion control
  • Strong knowledge of Factory Talk View and software design principles
  • Educational background in a relevant field, such as HND or equivalent
