About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group. As a Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
- Focus on gaining new instructions for properties to market and marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
- Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products
- Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
- Canvass the local area, door knock, and leaflet drop to promote our services
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under own initiative
- Basic IT skills
What We Offer
- Uncapped commission
- Basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per year
- Five months of supplementary payments to support you while you build your pipeline
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
- A company car
