About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuer to join our team at butters john bee Estate Agents, part of Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knock and leaflet drop
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills

What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission
  • Company car
  • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
  • Basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per year
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
  • Complete on target earnings of up to £45,000 per year

How to Apply

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
