• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business opportunities.
• Gain new instructions for properties to market and create effective marketing strategies.
• Market properties to buyers, utilizing various marketing skills and creating engaging property presentations.
• Complete contracts on properties and ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
• Prepare property brochures with high-quality photos and written descriptions.
• Canvass the local area, door knock, and distribute marketing materials to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
• Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field, ready to take the next step in your career.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving goals and objectives.
• Basic IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
