Site Manager

As a Night Site Manager with U and P Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets and forecasts. Your goal will be to produce a high-quality final product.
You will have full control and responsibility for all site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring they comply with Health and Safety standards. This includes maintaining open communication with head office and local authorities.
You will also be responsible for ordering materials to facilitate the build programme's success.
