About the Role

A well-established organisation based in Camberley is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This newly created role would be ideal for candidates who have previously worked in IT Support, Network Engineering, or Network Management.

This is a site-based position, with no hybrid or remote working options. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days holiday, BUPA Health and Wellbeing Cash Plan, a generous pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to internal and external users.
  2. Manage the helpdesk system, allocating jobs to technicians.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
  4. Maintain the network, including Wi-Fi and configuring switches.
  5. Manage user access, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Azure.
  6. Manage firewalls (CISCO and HP).
  7. Configure servers (Windows 2012 R2 and 2016).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess skills in Office 365, SharePoint, virtual environments (VMWare and Hyper-V), printer solutions (Papercut MF), anti-virus solutions (Sophos), VOIP telephone systems, and CCTV and access control systems.

The salary on offer is up to £36,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
