Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Surveyors and Buyers, providing guidance and support on contractual matters
  • Oversee project work, working closely with the Commercial Director and other stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on contractual issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Mentor and upskill the team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS
  • Strong knowledge of contractual law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
