Commercial and Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Sales Director to join our team at Red Kite Waste. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing paper and plastics materials from a range of businesses across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and purchasing paper and plastics materials from a range of businesses across the North West.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  4. Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales and procurement activities.
  5. Providing regular sales and procurement reports to management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the waste management industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
