Key Responsibilities:

  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for domestic and international travel.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Liaise with clients to secure venues for scheduled meetings, developing strong relationships.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and proposals, requiring strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Perform basic finance tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a salaried role, paying £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working, a contributory pension scheme, 27 days annual leave, and enhanced sickness pay.
