We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at The Recruitment Co.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance, as well as completing maintenance tasks themselves when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance.
  2. Complete planned and preventative maintenance tasks yourself, when needed.
  3. Resolve day-to-day machine breakdowns.
  4. Arrange subcontractors for PPM and reactive maintenance.
  5. Create maintenance plans and log maintenance on a database.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  2. NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
  3. Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role.
