We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at The Recruitment Co.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance, as well as completing maintenance tasks themselves when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance.
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance tasks yourself, when needed.
- Resolve day-to-day machine breakdowns.
- Arrange subcontractors for PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Create maintenance plans and log maintenance on a database.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- A competitive salary of £44,880 (increasing to £48,130 in year 2).
