This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the store team, management, and customers to ensure seamless execution of store operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising, stock management, and health and safety compliance.
  • Visual & Commercial: Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards, sale launches, and commercial initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • People: Develop and coach the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Accountability: Take ownership of store operations and results, and hold yourself and others accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
  • Drives Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation within the store team, and work closely with management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drives Results: Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, even in challenging circumstances.
