We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our support team, responsible for managing all incoming sales orders and relevant purchase orders.

Your Role

You will provide clear and concise information and guidance to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure that all customer requirements are met. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in building strong relationships with clients, internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls politely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Establish future product demand and plan supply accordingly.
  • Prioritize and manage a busy workload to meet deadlines.
