We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic support team, responsible for managing all incoming sales orders and relevant purchase orders.

Your Role

You'll provide clear guidance and information to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met. Building strong relationships with clients, internal and external, is crucial. You'll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements

  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Experience building relationships with key client decision-makers and visiting them as necessary with the Sales Team
  • Ability to establish future product demand and plan supply
  • Effective handling and prioritizing of new sales inquiries, listening to client needs, and suggesting solutions
  • Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize a busy workload
