About the Role

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our construction and development team, you will provide administrative support to our Construction Director and site-based teams, ensuring the effective use of our control and reporting mechanisms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their administrative and professional skills. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of site set-ups, ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place, and providing accurate reports to support site progress.

Main Responsibilities
  • Site Set-Up Support: Assist the Construction team in preparing site set-ups for new developments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
  • Paperwork Management: Ensure all relevant Construction, Safety, HR, and Environmental paperwork is in place and up-to-date.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide accurate reports from COINS and site teams to support the Construction Director in forecasting and monitoring site progress.
  • Training and Compliance: Lead, manage, and continuously monitor the Construction Training Matrix, organizing essential H&S/HR Compliance training to ensure all team members are competent and safe.
  • Gateway Presentations: Assist the Construction Director in collating and producing Gateway presentation packs for potential new site developments.
Requirements
  • Grade 4 or equivalent GCSE in Maths and English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organized, proactive, and ability to prioritize workload
