About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Marketing Lead to join our team at QBtech AB.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our overall growth strategy, focusing on scaling revenue, user acquisition, and market expansion.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue, user acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Oversee performance marketing efforts, ensuring the optimisation of paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage marketing operations to streamline processes and ensure the efficient use of resources, tools, and technology.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to drive organic growth, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities

The Brand and Marketing Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue, user acquisition, and market penetration.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, market expansion, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-performing marketing operations.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and optimisation strategies.
