Role Overview

Crooton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Night Care Assistant to join their team in East Hoathly. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents in a care home setting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Additionally, you should have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

You will also need to be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
