About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Levy Restaurants UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, adhering to our company's culinary standards.
  • Take delivery of, record, and safely store deliveries in line with company policy.
  • Ensure adherence to company food safety policies, including HACCP, allergen management, personal hygiene, and accident reporting.
  • Manage food waste in accordance with company and unit policy.
  • Provide coverage for the Nursery Chef during periods of holiday or sickness.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced cook who has a proven track record in a similar quality environment. You should have a natural flair for guest focus and quality of experience at all levels.

You will be able to work calmly under pressure, adapting to changing requirements and delivering beyond the norm. A willingness to get involved and take ownership of tasks is essential for success in this role.
