Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a procurement strategy to support programme delivery.
- Managing and monitoring procurement processes to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Liaising with partners and coordinating the publication of invitations to quote and tenders.
- Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Negotiating contracts and maintaining good supplier relations.
Requirements:
• Significant experience in procurement, including management of procurement exercises from design to award
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• A full current driving licence or access to a form of transport
Salary: £32,076 - £35,745 per annum (dependent on experience)
