Customer Service Manager Role

Our client, a fast-paced and expanding manufacturing business, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of customer services, ensuring a high-quality customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and office administration teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
