The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Counsel to join our Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretariat team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within a renowned global media organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Savvy: You will have a deep understanding of commercial law and contract law principles, with a proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Strategic Partnership Expertise: You will work closely with senior management to develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the business, providing expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters.
- Leadership: You will lead a team of dedicated legal counsel who support our advertising, communications, and B2C divisions, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
What You'll Do
As Senior Counsel for Commercial and Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for:
- Negotiating intricate commercial contracts and providing strategic legal advice on a diverse range of issues.
- Working closely with senior management to develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the business.
- Leading a team of dedicated legal counsel who support our advertising, communications, and B2C divisions.
