Senior Commercial Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Counsel to join our in-house legal team at SSQ. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading complex contractual and commercial deals, negotiating with listed clients in Commerce & Industry, Financial Services, and Public Sector for the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business-focused solutions, acting as a strategic legal and deal advisor, and partner directly with the business to assess and understand how risks can be managed and mitigated.
  • Lead negotiations for multi-million pound cross-border complex technology-based contracts for software implementation and application management services.
  • Review and negotiation of engagement contracts across Consulting and MSAs/framework agreements, including direct discussion with clients and their legal advisors.
  • Work closely with the business to discuss and develop commercial offerings as they move to a more innovative way of pricing their services.
