Job Title: Loss Reduction and Implementation Expert

TQR Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Loss Reduction and Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our process engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and reducing losses across the manufacturing floor.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of delivering process improvements through data analysis and problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life assurance, and a matched contribution pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce losses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
