Automated Assembly Maintenance Team Lead

About the Role:TQR is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities on site, including breakdown response, waste reduction, and speed optimization.
You will work closely with our Technical Team to develop and implement maintenance standards, processes, and best practices. Your expertise will also be used to coach and support Shift Technicians in investigation and resolution of losses.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure effective maintenance activities.
- Investigate and resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques.
- Support CI projects/validations to improve equipment reliability.
- Develop and maintain critical equipment settings, standards, and close loop on changes made.
- Record maintenance details in full on designated forms/SAP.
