LOCATION: Southport (Hybrid)

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a market-leading business, based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely successful business, who offer an excellent training program and lots of flexibility.

  • Bonus (up to £400 per quarter)
  • Hybrid working pattern (2 days at home per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The right candidate will ideally have a background within credit control; however, a strong telephone manner and customer service experience will be considered. The business offers an excellent 8-week training program, so a willingness to learn and a driven attitude is a must.

  1. Manage a portfolio of independent accounts
  2. Ensure customer spend is within provided credit limits
  3. Make daily decisions on credit accounts, including suspending or releasing accounts
