We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Village Health Advocate to join our team at Belong. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a community-styled home where we provide exceptional person-centred care to enrich residents' lives.
About the Role:
- This role requires you to support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, efficient, and effective care, encouraging choice and independence.
- You will be accountable for customers requiring 24-hour nursing care, ensuring their needs are met while promoting their wellbeing.
- As a Village Nurse, you will use your clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing, delivering person-centred care that meets Belong standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Be responsible for managing customer cases, including assessing needs, developing plans, and implementing interventions.
- Provide expert nursing support to enhance customer outcomes and promote independence.
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
