Cambridgeshire – Health, Safety and Facilities Leadership Opportunity – Salary £45-55k – Telecomms

Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic management of third-party suppliers and contractors
  • Oversee the delivery of catering services and manage small works projects
  • Ensure the smooth operation of front-of-house facilities and services
  • Liaise with insurance providers, landlords, and external bodies as required
  • Develop and implement property strategies, lease management, and landlord relationships
  • Lead space planning projects and support the company's evolving building strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlord's agents and service providers
  • Procure and manage energy services, aligning with the company's sustainability goals
  • Represent the company in interactions with external bodies, such as insurers, environmental health, police, and fire services
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Health, Safety and Facilities Manager role
  • Facilities management expertise
  • NEBOSH General Certificate

The salary for this position is £45-55k, depending on experience.
