Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide night-hour reception services to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Complete audits in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the first impressions of our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in and check-out.
- Keep the Night Manager and Night Team informed of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
- Complete the night porter checklist, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Attend training courses as required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy, using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Follow company brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all aspects of the role.
