We are currently looking for a Night Auditor to work as part of our busy Hotel Nights team. As Night Auditor you will be required to work with the Guest Services Manager to provide a safe and secure environment for the protection of the guests and staff residing on the hotel premises. You will need to ensure the company guidelines and Hilton audit procedures are followed when completing the night audit, ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly reports are compiled and given priority to the deadlines set. The ideal candidate will create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships, through communications with individual team members and other team leaders and manager, to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. We provide a first class service for the comfort and satisfaction of the guests, of which you play an important part.

We are looking for a Night Auditor with the following qualities:

Previous Hotel experience

Excellent computer skills

Ability to lead a team

Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone

Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to multi-task
