We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team, supporting the ongoing transformation of our cloud journey. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our in-house systems and working closely with the 2nd line team as a point of escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 3rd line support for M365 and in-house O365 cloud experience
  • Good understanding of ITIL methodology
  • Experience with Change Management
  • 3rd Line administration of Windows Servers
  • Support of VMWare, Active Directory, and policy management
  • Experienced with Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience working in single tenant multi-domain environment
  • Implementation and migration experience is a bonus
  • Experience with Meraki and Cisco is also a bonus
