    • Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
    • Develop close working relationships with Material Planning, Category Management, and Supplier Quality teams to drive business excellence

        Requirements:

        • Proven strategic procurement experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
        • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members
        • Understanding of working in a regulated environment to ensure compliance
        • Risk and contract management experience to mitigate supply chain risk
        • Ability to contribute positively, minimize expenses, and drive operational enhancements to drive business growth
        • Project management experience to lead and support continuous improvement projects
        • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management to drive business excellence
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
        • Computer literate, including advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports

          Working Conditions:

          • Works in an office environment with infrequent travel requirements
