- Support product change requests and review their impact on capacity plans

Requirements:
- Proven strategic procurement experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members
- Understanding of working in a regulated environment to ensure compliance
- Risk and contract management experience to mitigate supply chain risk
- Ability to contribute positively, minimize expenses, and drive operational enhancements to drive business growth
- Project management experience to lead and support continuous improvement projects
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management to drive business excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Computer literate, including advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports
Working Conditions:
- Works in an office environment with infrequent travel requirements
