About the Role

As a Sous Chef with Mint People, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and managing day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure a professional, safe, and cost-effective environment
  • Maintain clear communication between the kitchen and Front of House staff
  • Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards, working with branded menus to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Adhere strictly to food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations as per HACCP and EHO directives

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume restaurant/conference and events, proven leadership skills, and a strong track record as a Sous Chef. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
