Excel as a Hospitality Culinary Expert with Village Hotel Club

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary expert to join our team as a Culinary Team Leader. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests and supporting the growth and development of our culinary talent.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive various benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Team Leader at Village Hotel Club, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality culinary experiences
  2. Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management and stock control
  3. Ensuring seamless service during peak periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  4. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • A valid NVQ qualification in culinary arts
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
