As a key member of the HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.

Roke is a leading technology and engineering company with a strong presence in National Security, Defence, and Industry 4.0 through our Futures business and Intelligence as a Service.

The HR Administrator will support the HR team by providing an efficient and streamlined administrative service on HR-related issues.

The role requires occasional travel to other sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support HR processes, including annual promotions, induction checklists, and exit interviews.
  2. Provide administrative support to HR projects, including scheduling meetings, recording notes, and facilitating actions.
  3. Maintain accurate records in HR IT systems and produce informative reports and data.
  4. Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as raising purchase orders and preparing paperwork for employee relation cases.
  5. Comply with Roke's policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. Proficient IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and create reports.
