About Us

About the Role
We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with 2-3 years post qualification experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a blend of survey and contract administration experience, as well as a strong understanding of construction technology. Key responsibilities include acting as the interface between clients, designers, and contractors, inspecting properties, developing scope and budget costs, and managing tender processes. You will also be responsible for chairing project meetings, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate awareness of current legislation relating to Health & Safety and Building Regulations. You should also have Contract Administration and Project Management skills, as well as an involvement and awareness of Dilapidations, Due Diligence Survey Work, Schedules of Condition, and Planned Maintenance Inspections. An interest in construction technology and the interplay between the construction process and building defects is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in CAD and knowledge of building standards and related processes are required.

What We Offer
