Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of merchandising specialists, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of merchandising specialists to deliver accurate and reliable stocktake services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their inventory needs are met.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Full driving license and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance.
