Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of inventory specialists and ensuring that our clients' stocktaking needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of inventory specialists to conduct stocktakes and merchandising activities at retail stores across the UK.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to RGIS's policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct audits and ensure that our clients' inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Deliver agreed KPIs and ensure that our clients' stocktaking needs are met.
  • Have a full driving license and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance.

Benefits

As a Retail Merchandising Team Leader with RGIS, you will receive a competitive starting rate of £12 per hour, flexible working hours based on your availability, and a minimum weekly contract of 32 hours. You will also receive hotels and meal allowances when required, fantastic progression opportunities, holiday pay, contributory pension, and additional mileage and travel benefits for drivers.
