Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of merchandising specialists and ensuring that our clients' stores are accurately stocked and merchandised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of merchandising specialists to ensure accurate and efficient stocktaking and merchandising services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their inventory management needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with our clients' inventory management policies.
  • Deliver high-quality results and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of stocktaking and merchandising services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory management issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Full driving license and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance.
