Senior Planner - Construction

The successful candidate will work on projects across commercial, education, leisure, high-rise residential, student accommodation, and mixed-use sectors ranging from £25m - £125m.

The role involves:

  • Producing tender programmes at pre-construction stage
  • Developing logistics plans and construction phase planning
  • Identifying opportunities and risks
  • Using ASTA planning software

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a planner for a main contractor
  • Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • Experience on Design & Build projects
  • Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate experience as a Senior Planner with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company delivering D&B projects valued at £10m+.
